Key Responsibilities

• Define and Execute Growth Strategy: Formulate and deliver Alfa AI’s overarching business vision, driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and long-term enterprise value.
• Lead Commercial Scaling: Leverage high-level networks to establish strategic partnerships and secure enterprise clients, particularly within the fast-paced FMCG and prestige Luxury goods industries.
• Product & Brand Alignment: Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure Lisa’s AI capabilities continuously solve the evolving talent acquisition challenges of global brands.
• Executive Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and inspire an agile, high-performing global team, fostering an innovative performance-driven culture across all business functions.
• Financial & Operational Governance: Maintain full P&L accountability, ensuring operational efficiency, robust financial health, and sustainable profitability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Executive Leadership Background: Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Executive within the FMCG or Luxury Goods sectors.
• Location: Based in or relocatable to Italy, with a deep understanding of the European business landscape and an international commercial mindset.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in scaling a business, driving significant revenue growth, and negotiating high-value enterprise contracts.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: A strong passion for disruptive technology, SaaS platforms, and the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in HR tech.
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional strategic communication skills, with fluent English and Italian, capable of inspiring internal teams, enterprise clients, and investors alike.
