Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Change Manager to support large-scale HR transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on the ECP payroll modernisation project. This role involves designing and implementing change management strategies that drive measurable outcomes and ensure smooth transitions for our global workforce. Working within a dynamic project environment, you will translate complex process documentation into user-friendly content and lead engagement activities that build enthusiasm and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Implementation: Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies for small to mid-size HR initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments.
  • Communication & Content: Develop compelling internal communications using SharePoint, intranet, and internal social platforms, utilising a keen sense of story-telling to reach diverse audiences.
  • Training & Development: Review complex HR process documentation and translate it into digestible training materials and user-friendly guides to support go-live strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Global HR teams, HR Business Partners, and Senior Executives to align change tactics and manage project workstreams effectively.
  • Project Support: Contribute to the ECP payroll modernisation project, providing dedicated support for change network planning and go-live execution.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 1+ years of experience in change management

2) Experience supporting strategic project and change plans that drive measurable outcomes

3) Experience with MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint and Word

4) Experience with SharePoint, Intranet, internal social platforms

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Experience with video editing, graphic design

2) Strong presentation skills, writing, layout and design skills

3) Experience with creating and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders

4) Change management certifications: Prosci, CCMP/ACMP

Soft Skills Required:

• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills

• Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships across many diverse stakeholder groups including Senior Executives

• A positive attitude, a desire to learn, a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get work done either independently or as part of a team

• Keen sense of storytelling, paired with superior writing and editing skills.

•Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally, easily switch between creative writing/story-telling and tactical writing

Education:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR, Business, Communications or related discipline

Change management certifications: ProSci, CCMP/ACMP are an asset

Certified HR (CHRP) would be an asset
