ProfilesCreative is searching for a visionary Head of Social Media to lead organic attention for an explosive AI Health Tech business. Currently operating at $350m ARR—surging from $10m in just 12 months—and supporting over 150k patients every month, this profitable scale-up is transforming consumer healthcare. Working remotely across the United States, you will take full ownership of the viral social strategy, architecting the creator pipelines, distribution systems, and organic content machines that generate millions of views across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the end-to-end viral social media strategy to drive sustainable, large-scale patient acquisition.
• Build, scale, and manage high-volume creator networks, UGC pipelines, clippers, and external content partners.
• Develop a rapid experimentation framework to rigorously test hooks, retention curves, creative angles, and platform-specific formats.
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative and Performance Marketing teams to transform organic viral winners into high-converting paid and acquisition assets.
• Monitor performance data and audience insights closely to refine content distribution and scale winning narratives across key channels.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of dedicated experience scaling organic reach across social media, UGC, creator marketing, or viral content operations.
• Demonstrated track record of rapidly capturing attention and driving growth within high-velocity startups or fast-scaling consumer brands.
• Deep tactical expertise with the algorithms, mechanics, and native formats of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Exceptional instinct for content pacing, hooks, audience psychology, and viewer retention.
• Highly analytical and data-driven approach, comfortable running continuous test-and-learn creative sprints with high ownership and autonomy.

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on experience working with clippers, meme networks, repost ecosystems, or decentralised creator models.
• Direct background or familiarity within the health, wellness, or GLP-1 verticals.
