Senior Creative Strategist – Branded Content & Podcasts Focused (6 MONTH FTC) £55,000 Industry leading audio & media platform London – Hybrid

The Role

You’ll lead the development and execution of standout branded content campaigns across audio, video and social, working with some of the most exciting podcast creators and brands in the market.

This is a highly creative, client-facing role sitting within an award-winning in-house creative team, ideal for someone who thrives on big ideas, understands creator-led storytelling and loves turning concepts into high-performing campaigns.

You’ll own projects from pitch through to production - developing compelling responses to briefs, shaping creative strategy, directing shoots and collaborating closely with creators, production partners and commercial teams in a fast-paced media environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop standout branded content concepts built around podcast and creator talent
  • Lead campaigns from pitch through to production and delivery
  • Create compelling pitch decks, treatments and creative responses to client briefs
  • Direct shoots and work closely with creators to bring campaigns to life
  • Collaborate with creative, sales and partnerships teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Manage external production partners and freelance contributors
  • Identify new formats, trends and opportunities within podcasting and creator media
  • Present ideas confidently to internal teams, clients and partners

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience developing creative concepts and pitch responses for brands or agencies
  • Strong understanding of branded content and creator-led storytelling
  • Passionate about podcasts, digital culture and audience-first content
  • Confident leading productions and directing on-set talent
  • Skilled at translating insights into commercially strong creative ideas
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Commercially aware with strong creative instincts and attention to detail
