Senior Software Developer

Build software that matters

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer in London to design, build and ship high-quality software. You will take ownership of significant features from idea to production, shape technical decisions and help raise the bar for engineering across the team.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain reliable, well-tested software across the stack
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions, balancing speed with long-term maintainability
• Write clean, readable code and give thoughtful code reviews
• Work closely with product, design and other engineers to turn requirements into working solutions
• Improve our delivery pipeline, tooling and development practices
• Investigate and resolve production issues, and help prevent them recurring
• Share knowledge and support the growth of other developers

What you will bring

• Substantial experience building production software in one or more modern programming languages
• A solid grasp of system design, APIs and software architecture principles
• Strong habits around testing, code quality and code review
• The ability to break down complex problems and communicate technical trade-offs clearly
• Comfort owning work end to end with a high degree of autonomy

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers and infrastructure tooling
• Experience mentoring or coaching other developers
