Your Role:

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement, handling a variety of customer needs from new enquiries to existing clients seeking assistance. Your role will involve:

  • Customer Interaction: Answering inbound calls and emails, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Lead Management: Converting enquiries into sales, managing leads efficiently, and following up on potential opportunities.
  • Client Support: Offering excellent service to existing clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Administration: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions, using our CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000 per year OTE £40,000

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 – 17:30
  • Friday: 8:00 – 16:00
  • Overtime at £15 an hour
  • Weekend availability (1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00 – 15:00 w/weekday off in lieu)

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
