Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Executive Search team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and attracting executive–level candidates to sourcing and interviewing senior talent. You will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent to drive our client’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating candidate communication campaigns, developing talent-mapping strategies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for a variety of roles.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Utilize AI tools and other recruitment software to track applicants and maintain data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or 3+ years relevant experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Executive Search sourcing or recruiting role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, social media, professional networks).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with AI Tools, CRM Search platforms and HR databases.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for roles in the energy, tech, or healthcare sectors.
- Professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter).
