Overview We are seeking an experienced Property Preservation Estimator & Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a fully remote position supporting a property preservation company that services bank-owned properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing bids for property preservation work and understands how to accurately estimate repairs while ensuring submissions meet client and bank requirements.
This role is critical to our success. Accurate bidding directly impacts project profitability, making experience in the property preservation industry essential.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate bids and estimates for property preservation work Review property photos and inspection reports to determine the appropriate scope of work Use XACT PRM to create estimates, measurements, quantities, and pricing Submit documentation, bids, and photos through PPW Ensure all submissions comply with client and bank guidelines Review photos to confirm they meet required standards, including proper angles, completeness, and quality Coordinate with field crews when additional information or documentation is needed Maintain organized records of bids, estimates, and project documentation Track submissions and ensure deadlines are consistently met Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed Requirements Previous experience preparing bids within the property preservation industry is required Experience using XACT PRM Experience using PPW Strong understanding of property preservation scopes of work Ability to create accurate and competitive estimates Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written English communication skills Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience working with bank-owned (REO) properties Knowledge of client and investor submission requirements Experience reviewing inspection photos and identifying missing documentation Familiarity with repair pricing and industry-standard estimating practices Work Details Fully remote Starting at approximately 20 hours per week Flexible schedule Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods Success in This Role Success in this role means consistently producing accurate, competitive bids that maximize profitability while remaining realistic and compliant with client requirements.
