In this role, you will lead the architecture and development of our native Android application, bringing Lisa's powerful AI interviewing and candidate engagement features directly into the palms of users worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Design, construct, and maintain robust, scalable native Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android architecture components.
• Integrate AI & Video Capabilities: Collaborate closely with our AI engineering team to embed Lisa’s 24/7 video interviewing features, real-time media streaming, and multi-language support into the mobile app.
• Optimize Performance: Ensure maximum application speed, responsiveness, battery efficiency, and seamless playback across a wide spectrum of Android devices and OS versions.
• Elevate UX/UI: Partner with product designers to translate complex AI workflows into fluid, intuitive, and highly engaging user journeys for job seekers and recruiters.
• Drive Engineering Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while conducting peer code reviews and upholding rigorous continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Mobile Expertise: Strong track record as an Android Developer, with at least one published app in the Google Play Store demonstrating high engineering standards.
• Mastery of Kotlin: Deep technical knowledge of Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android development practices (MVVM/MVI, Jetpack Compose, Dependency Injection).
• Media & Streaming Experience: Hands-on experience working with WebRTC, video streaming protocols, camera APIs, or audio/video processing libraries on Android.
• API Integration: Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and WebSockets to handle real-time data flow between mobile clients and backend AI services.
• Quality & Testing: Demonstrated experience writing unit tests, UI automation tests, and optimizing app performance using Android Studio profiling tools.

• Exposure to or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning integration, or NLP services on mobile devices.
• Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localized UI handling for global, multi-lingual audiences.
