We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent across various engineering and product departments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of technical roles and a proven track record of building strong candidate pipelines in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche job boards) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical competence and cultural fit.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical requirements to candidates.
