I'm working with a fast-growing B2C experiential and brand-activation agency that sits within an international group, delivering high-impact experiences for some of the world's biggest brands.

Their work spans consumer experiences, pop-ups, live events and experiential activations for major clients including Meta, P&G, Fever-Tree and Welch’s.

They are now looking for a commercially driven New Business Development Manager to help accelerate their next phase of growth across the US and global markets.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to sell the value of experiential β€” and can take ownership of the full business development journey, from identifying and engaging prospects through to pitching, negotiating and closing new business.

What you'll be doing:

Develop and execute a strategic new business plan to grow the client base and expand global reach Build and manage a high-quality, sustainable and profitable pipeline Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to pitching, negotiation and close Develop relationships with enterprise-level brands and identify new commercial opportunities Lead and contribute to pitches that secure new business Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to maximise growth Represent the agency at relevant industry and networking events Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness Monitor market trends, competitor activity and developments in digital and event technology Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information, providing clear commercial insight to leadership

We're looking for someone with:

5+ years' experience in sales, growth or business development within the experiential, events or brand activation space A proven track record of selling event production, experiential or live brand experiences to enterprise-level brands Experience owning the full business development process, from strategy and prospecting through to closing Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build meaningful, long-term client relationships Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills The confidence to lead pitches and work with senior stakeholders A strategic, proactive and entrepreneurial approach to growth The ability to travel across the US, with occasional international travel as required This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious international group and play a significant role in shaping the commercial growth of a highly creative experiential business.
