Bilingual Intake Specialist Overview We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bilingual Intake Specialist to support the intake and enrollment process for home healthcare services. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective members and their families while coordinating communication between healthcare providers, facilities, and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities ● Process and manage member referrals received from the Marketing Department ● Educate prospective members and families on home care service requirements ● Coordinate assessments and assist with the enrollment process ● Maintain ongoing communication with members and families throughout enrollment ● Serve as a liaison between members, nursing facilities, physician offices, hospitals, and insurance companies ● Follow up on required documentation and enrollment requirements ● Update daily reports and maintain accurate records in the system ● Ensure all member information is accurately documented and maintained Platforms & Tools Used ● Inflowcare ● Microsoft Office ● Email and phone communication systems Ideal Candidate ● At least 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist, Home Care Intake Coordinator, or Long-Term Care Liaison ● Fluent in English and Spanish ● Strong customer service and communication skills ● Compassionate, professional, and solution-oriented ● Strong follow-up and organizational skills ● Detail-oriented with accurate documentation abilities ● Ability to manage multiple referrals and enrollment cases simultaneously ● Comfortable communicating with members, families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
