We partner with global compute providers, data centre operators, and next-generation cloud platforms enabling large-scale AI and GPU workloads.
Now, we’re hiring a Client Services Director to lead new business and strategic partnerships across the AI, data centre, and cloud markets.
You’ll play a key role in driving growth of our RPO and Embedded Talent Solutions, working with organisations building the infrastructure that powers the world’s most advanced compute environments.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading new client acquisition across AI, data centre, providers
- Designing and selling RPO and embedded talent models to high-growth technology clients
- Building strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders in the AI and infrastructure ecosystem
- Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and solution design to close and handover
- Collaborating with delivery leaders to implement and scale client programmes
- Shaping WNTD’s go-to-market strategy for enterprise-level talent solutions
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record selling RPO, or embedded talent solutions in the technology or infrastructure sector
- Strong consultative sales experience — comfortable designing bespoke talent solutions, not just selling contingent recruitment
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape (cloud, AI, or data centre markets preferred)
- Skilled in developing senior stakeholder relationships and closing complex deals
- Strategic, commercially minded, and motivated by building something with long-term value
- Confident operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
