Senior Python AI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our team in building next-generation AI-driven and agentic applications. In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, designing and implementing sophisticated workflows that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Google Cloud Platform services. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of AI agents, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and capable of complex tool execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python services, modules, and APIs to support AI functionalities.
• Agentic Workflows: Architect and build agentic AI workflows using ADK frameworks, focusing on autonomous decision-making and tool integration.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Implement and manage services within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, specifically Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.
• Quality & Performance: Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, comprehensive documentation, and continuous performance optimization.
• AI Integration: Collaborate on prompt engineering and the integration of modern LLM workflows into production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–15 years of professional Python development experience.
• Proven track record with GCP (Vertex AI, IAM, BigQuery, Cloud Run).
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts, including prompt engineering and agentic design patterns.
• Experience building and deploying scalable microservices and APIs.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with specific Agent Development Kits (ADK) or LangChain/AutoGPT frameworks.
• Background in Data Engineering or MLOps.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
