Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and oversee the development of our platform. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for scaling our engineering culture, making high-level architecture decisions, and aligning our technological roadmap with our long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Drive the company's technological vision, architecture, and overall strategy to ensure scalability and security.
• Team Scaling: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other executives to align technical resources with business objectives and product delivery timelines.
• Infrastructure & Security: Oversee the implementation of robust DevOps practices and ensure industry-leading security standards are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior leadership role (VP Engineering, Head of Tech).
• Strong background in software architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
