Typical Day in Role:

Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

Facilitate requirements walkthrough sessions with business and technology stakeholders. Collaborate with technology teams on solution design and API integration requirements.

Demonstrates an informed knowledge of equities and bonds business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.

Support development of delivery roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.

Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.

Produce and maintain key documentation (user stories, process flows, requirement documents).

Act as liaison between business, technology, and delivery teams.

Must Have Skills:

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services, with exposure to equities and bonds trading, brokerage, or digital platforms preferred.

Experience working with system integrations and APIs, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is essential, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
