Role Overview and Purpose

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Creative 3D Designer to join our growing design team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the conceptualisation, development, and delivery of high-end 3D designs.

You will bridge the gap between imagination and reality, translating complex briefs into breathtaking 3D assets, environmental designs, and experiential spaces. As a senior member of the team, you will not only champion design excellence but also mentor junior designers, foster a culture of continuous learning, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every project is realised to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Lead the brainstorming and creation of innovative 3D design concepts, spatial layouts, and experiential environments that align with client objectives.
• 3D Modelling & Rendering: Produce highly detailed 3D models, textures, and photo-realistic renders utilizing industry-standard software.
• Creative Leadership: Mentor and guide junior and mid-weight designers, offering constructive feedback to elevate the studio's overall creative output.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Account Directors, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure designs are structurally feasible, budget-compliant, and delivered on schedule.
• Client Presentation: Confidently present design concepts and pitch creative directions directly to key clients, effectively articulating the strategic thinking behind your visual choices.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all design outputs adhere strictly to client brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to deliver fresh, impactful solutions.
• Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative materials to ensure our studio remains at the forefront of the 3D design landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience working as a 3D Designer within a creative agency, design studio, or experiential marketing environment.
• Portfolio: An outstanding portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of high-quality 3D visualisations, spatial designs, and creative concepts.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max, alongside rendering engines like Redshift, Octane, or V-Ray. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are essential.
• Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for colour, composition, lighting, and materiality, with a meticulous approach to final outputs.
• Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project scopes and client feedback.
