The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help scale this early-stage recruitment business.

As the BDR, you’ll drive outbound business development, identifying new client opportunities and setting qualified meetings with ClimateTech and SaaS companies. You’ll work directly with the founder, helping build a predictable, high-quality client pipeline.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone confident in outbound sales who’s motivated by impact, flexibility, and the chance to grow with a startup that’s making a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research and prospect new client companies within ClimateTech and SaaS
  • Run outbound campaigns across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Set up qualified meetings with Founders, CEOs, and Heads of Talent
  • Nurture warm leads and maintain relationships over time
  • Track outreach activity and results in the CRM (Atlas)
  • Share feedback and help shape the BD strategy alongside the founder

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of outbound sales or business development experience
  • Experience in recruitment, B2B SaaS, or professional services environments
  • Proven success booking meetings and hitting activity/target metrics
  • Strong communication skills — confident cold caller, articulate writer
  • Organised, data-driven, and able to work autonomously
  • Enthusiastic about ClimateTech, sustainability, and tech innovation
