Alfa Demo Inc. is seeking an accomplished Associate Director to join our Securitised Product Group on a permanent, full-time basis. Working within a hybrid setup based in London, you will play an instrumental role in executing complex financing structures, delivering technical precision in credit and cash flow mechanics, and navigating debt capital markets alongside key market participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end structuring and transaction execution for a wide range of securitised products, covering ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and CLO asset classes.
- Develop, maintain, and audit complex cash flow waterfall models and credit scenario analyses, primarily utilising Intex and bespoke financial modelling frameworks.
- Collaborate with debt capital markets, syndication desks, and distribution teams to assist in placing paper and positioning issuances with institutional investors.
- Manage direct engagement with rating agencies, coordinating rating processes, collateral analysis, and transaction presentations.
- Liaise with originators, legal counsel, and internal transaction teams to drive execution workflows smoothly across the full deal lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Substantial structuring and execution track record within securitised products, with detailed exposure to ABS, RMBS, CMBS, or CLO portfolios.
- Advanced expertise in quantitative cash flow modelling, transaction waterfall development, and credit analysis using Intex.
- Proven understanding of capital markets origination processes, syndication dynamics, and rating agency methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability in transaction execution, managing structured debt offerings from mandate through to closing.
- Existing right to work in the United Kingdom, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice-to-have
- Working knowledge of securitisation regulatory frameworks, including Simple, Transparent, and Standardised (STS) criteria, transaction prospectuses, and compliance standards.
- Experience in originator advisory, issuer relationship management, and delivering high-impact investor presentations.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and coordinating working groups across multidisciplinary deal teams.
