We are seeking a results-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join a vibrant marketing team within the ultra-luxury travel space. The purpose of this role is to develop, implement, and optimise our digital marketing channels to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. You will be responsible for managing a variety of platforms, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and our digital presence is maximised.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital native who is passionate about consumer behaviour and data-driven storytelling. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy and executing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Salary up to £40k basic + bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all relevant platforms, ensuring high levels of engagement and brand consistency.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using tools such as GA4.
  • SEO & PPC: Lead our search engine optimisation and pay-per-click strategies to improve organic rankings and maximise paid search performance.
  • Market Research: Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these observations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal design and sales teams to create integrated marketing programmes that align with wider business objectives.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring the user experience is seamless and content is fresh and relevant.
  • Innovation: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through trend analysis and competitive benchmarking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven professional experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Tools: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and ad-serving tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a talent for copywriting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to analyse complex data sets to recognise patterns and consumer behaviour trends.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent industry experience will be highly valued.
