  • Synthesise qualitative and quantitative research data, identifying the core patterns and cultural tensions that spark game-changing creative work.
  • Assist in crafting brand positioning, defining distinct archetypes, and developing robust brand propositions.
  • Build engaging strategic decks and presentation narratives that clearly articulate insights to the team and clients.
  • Partner closely with internal strategists and design teams to ensure clear research insights translate into distinctive brand executions.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Solid grasp of fundamental brand strategy principles, including brand positioning, identity frameworks, and strategic narrative development.
  • Exceptional strategic writing and storytelling skills, with real comfort structuring compelling presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint.
  • A natural curiosity for subcultures, fashion, sports lifestyle, and semiotics, alongside a genuine drive to learn and contribute ideas.

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience inside a brand consultancy, creative agency, design studio, or strategy boutique.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI research tools, digital research methodologies, or social listening platforms.
  • Exposure to client presentations, workshop facilitation, and the creative briefing process.
