They're growing their North American team out of Malibu and they need someone to help them hire the right people to do it.

The Role

Full-cycle GTM recruiting. You'll own hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partnerships for the US business, working directly with senior stakeholders. No layers, no bureaucracy. You find great people, you close them.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the US
• Building genuine pipelines through proactive sourcing, not waiting on inbound
• Working closely with hiring managers to get alignment on what good actually looks like
• Giving candidates a proper experience throughout the process
• Bringing real market intel back to the business on comp, talent availability and the competitive landscape
• Keeping the ATS clean and the data honest

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years recruiting GTM talent in B2B SaaS
• Someone who can close strong candidates in competitive markets
• A natural sourcer who builds relationships before they need them
• Comfortable pushing back on hiring managers when the brief needs sharpening
• Based in or relocating to the Malibu area

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring enterprise sales or post-sales profiles
• Worked at a company scaling through Series B or beyond
• Some exposure to European SaaS businesses expanding into the US
