Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and oversee the development of our scaling platform. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, managing the engineering department, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's technical roadmap to support long-term growth and scalability.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, ensuring best practices in software development and DevOps.
• Product Development: Partner with the Product and Design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric features and maintain a competitive edge.
• Infrastructure & Security: Oversee technical architecture, ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage the technical budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI on engineering efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a fast-growing tech company.
• Strong background in software architecture and modern technology stacks (e.g., Cloud Native, Microservices).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in scaling platforms from early-stage to series B/C and beyond.
• Active participation in the tech community or open-source projects.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
