Role Overview

We are seeking a highly polished and professional Office Manager and Receptionist to join a prestigious private equity fund based in South Kensington. This is a critical front-of-house and operational role requiring immediate availability. The successful candidate will act as the face of the firm, ensuring the office runs seamlessly while providing high-level support to the investment team and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of House: Manage the reception area, greeting high-net-worth individuals and corporate guests with poise and professionalism.
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily office maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate complex scheduling, manage meeting rooms, and assist with travel arrangements for senior partners.
  • Financial Administration: Support basic financial tasks such as expense processing and invoice management within a regulated environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in office management or high-end reception roles.
  • Previous experience within the Finance or Professional Services sector is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Ability to start immediately on a permanent basis.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Prior experience specifically within Private Equity or Venture Capital.
  • Proficiency in sophisticated CRM and expense management software.
