This is a critical front-of-house and operational role requiring immediate availability. Key Responsibilities
- Front of House: Manage the reception area, greeting high-net-worth individuals and corporate guests with poise and professionalism.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate complex scheduling, manage meeting rooms, and assist with travel arrangements for senior partners.
- Financial Administration: Support basic financial tasks such as expense processing and invoice management within a regulated environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in office management or high-end reception roles.
- Previous experience within the Finance or Professional Services sector is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
