Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Test Lead with specialized experience in UKG WFM Pro (formerly Kronos Dimensions) to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for workforce management solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and seamless integration for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for UKG WFM Pro implementations and upgrades.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execution strategies tailored to workforce management workflows.
- Coordinate with functional consultants and stakeholders to validate business requirements and system configurations.
- Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide mentorship to junior testers and oversee the quality of testing deliverables.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Software Testing with at least 2 years specifically focused on UKG WFM Pro (Pro WFM/Dimensions).
- Strong understanding of Workforce Management concepts such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Forecasting.
- Proven experience in a Lead or Senior Tester capacity within an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Tricentis Tosca).
- UKG Pro WFM Certification.
- Experience with Dell Boomi or other integration platforms.
