Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions that support our growing user base.
- Write & Review Code: Deliver clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while actively participating in and leading constructive code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor & Guide: Act as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, technical growth, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize & Maintain: Identify system bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and ensure the long-term reliability and stability of our production environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in modern backend technologies (such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js) and a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
- Database & Cloud: Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and designing cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Solid understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing frameworks.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues under pressure.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with frontend technologies (such as React, Vue, or TypeScript) to support full-stack initiatives.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
