We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead the internal fit-out packages on an Advanced Technology Building in Barry for a Tier 1 contractor. You will have overall responsibility for design, procurement, and construction, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, and quality, while maintaining the highest Health & Safety standards.
Location: Initially ATC, Barry, South Wales (24 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, procurement, and construction of internal fit-out works.
- Develop and manage the project programme, ensuring milestones are met.
- Oversee Health & Safety and Quality management across the project.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor project costs and contribute to budget management.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum HND or equivalent in a relevant construction discipline.
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
- Proven experience managing internal fit-out packages on large, complex projects, ideally on Advanced Technology Buildings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
