As our Human Resources Generalist, you will act as a trusted partner across the business, bridging the gap between strategic vision and day-to-day operational excellence. You will own the employee lifecycle, elevate our team dynamics, and ensure wdojfjo remains an incredible place to build a career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Employee Lifecycle: Oversee seamless onboarding, continuous engagement initiatives, and structured offboarding processes to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
  • Champion Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing fair, consistent, and proactive advice on policy, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, manage recruitment campaigns, and attract top-tier candidates who align with our ambitious goals.
  • Implement HR Projects: Design and execute impactful HR initiatives, ranging from modernising our performance review frameworks to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) schemes.
  • Ensure Compliance & Reporting: Maintain pristine HR records, ensure absolute compliance with UK employment law, and deliver data-driven insights to support leadership decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Generalist Experience: A solid track record of success working in a fast-paced HR Generalist or HR Advisor role within a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong Knowledge of UK Employment Law: Comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of UK employment regulations, with the ability to apply them practically and commercially.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive situations, build trust, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: A self-starter attitude with a passion for finding creative solutions and continuously improving operational processes.
  • Robust HR Tech Skills: Highly proficient in managing modern HR Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking platforms, and data reporting tools.

Nice-to-Have

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent professional HR certification).
  • Previous experience navigating HR operations within a rapidly scaling business or tech-driven environment.
  • Exposure to designing and delivering in-house training or professional development workshops.
