Role Overview

Join the Incentive Compensation Delivery team as a Compensation Coordinator, a key role within our Total Rewards Delivery department. This position is responsible for supporting the seamless execution of incentive programmes by bridging the gap between business partners and the payroll team. You will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity and administrative excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Reporting: Generate and maintain complex data reports to support incentive compensation cycles with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Payroll Administration: Collaborate closely with the payroll department to ensure all incentive-related payments are processed correctly and on schedule.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure operational alignment regarding compensation delivery.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Manage sensitive employee data with the highest level of professionalism and adherence to privacy standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and enhance the efficiency of the compensation delivery model.

Intermediate to advance Excel that would be used to be a great extent.

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

·        High School Diploma or GED

·        2-4 years recent relevant prior HR experience

·        Experience working in a fast-paced working environment

·        Intermediate to advanced Excel
