We’re hiring on behalf of our client — a U.S.-focused executive recruitment firm that partners with leading General Contractors, EPCs, and Specialty Contractors across the construction industry.

They’ve recently launched a high-impact business vertical connecting ambitious construction firms with fractional, advisory, and mentorship leaders — seasoned executives who’ve led major contractors and now guide emerging firms through growth and transformation.

Join the ground floor of this fast-growing division, working directly with the Co-Founder. As a Client Associate, you’ll help scale a business that’s redefining how executive expertise is shared within the construction sector.

You’ll be at the heart of outbound engagement — identifying senior leaders, sparking meaningful conversations, and building connections that shape the company’s growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Drive outbound engagement with U.S.-based construction executives through calls, personalised outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
• Conduct market mapping and research to identify top C-suite talent and understand key trends across the U.S. construction landscape.
• Present the firm’s value proposition clearly and credibly to senior stakeholders.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective experts, generating interest and scheduling high-quality meetings for senior leadership.
• Maintain structured processes within the CRM and report on activity and insights.

• Proven experience in outbound business development or cold calling, ideally engaging senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills — professional, confident, and persuasive in spoken and written English.
• Strong commercial acumen and curiosity about how businesses grow and make strategic decisions.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to manage your own activity and deliver results.
• Comfort working to measurable goals within a structured, high-performance culture.
• Willingness to work core U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).
• Experience engaging with the U.S. market (bonus if you’ve previously worked with clients or executives in the U.S. construction sector).

💸 Salary: R34,000 – R45,000 per month (depending on experience) + OTE 🌍 Location: Fully Remote (South Africa-based) 🕓 Working Hours: U.S. Eastern Time
