We are seeking a reliable, detail-focused Cleaner to join our London office on a full-time, permanent basis. Working on-site, you will play an essential role in ensuring our workplace remains spotless, hygienic, welcoming, and primed for high performance every single day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver thorough, high-standard commercial office cleaning, covering desks, communal hubs, meeting spaces, restrooms, and kitchen facilities.
  • Carry out routine dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitisation to maintain an immaculate workplace.
  • Operate and care for essential cleaning equipment safely, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and steam cleaners.
  • Manage daily waste disposal, ensuring recycling streams and general rubbish are collected and cleared efficiently.
  • Maintain safe storage of all cleaning chemicals, following proper handling, labelling, and dilution protocols.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning environments, particularly corporate offices.
  • Demonstrated competency operating commercial cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet extractors, and manual cleaning gear.
  • Sound practical knowledge of chemical safety and COSHH guidelines, including correct dilution ratios, reading safety data sheets, and using appropriate PPE.
  • Strong self-motivation, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to keep spaces pristine.
  • Right to work in the UK (please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role).

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with colour-coded cleaning systems, infection control measures, and cross-contamination prevention.
  • Practical awareness of identifying and preventing workplace slip and trip hazards.
  • Experience with stock control, organising store cupboards, monitoring cleaning consumables, and flagging supply reorders.
