We’re partnering with our client to find experienced Creative Recruiters to join their growing team. You’ll work across the creative, marketing, and production space — building relationships, moving fast on briefs, and matching outstanding talent to world-class clients.

Whether your experience lies in recruiting freelance creatives or client services and delivery roles, you’ll be joining a collaborative, people-focused team that values pace, judgement, and quality.

About the Roles

Our client’s creative recruitment team is hiring for two roles, each with its own distinct focus area.

🎨 1. Freelance Creative Talent Desk

You’ll recruit freelance creatives — the designers, copywriters, and visual storytellers who bring campaigns and ideas to life.

This desk moves fast and thrives on variety. You’ll handle high-volume freelance briefs, assess portfolios, and build a trusted network of talent ready to go at short notice.

Typical roles: Graphic Designers | Motion Designers | Art Directors | Copywriters | Creative Leads

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have experience recruiting in creative, design, or marketing
  • Can confidently assess portfolios and creative quality
  • Love working at pace and managing multiple briefs
  • Are great at nurturing freelance relationships and spotting creative fit

🤝 2. Account & Project Management Desk (AM–PM)

This desk focuses on client services and project delivery roles — the people who manage relationships, timelines, and production across campaigns.

It’s a more specialised area of creative recruitment. Direct experience in AM–PM is rare, but if you’ve recruited across marketing, production, or client-facing roles, you’ll have the foundations to succeed.

Typical roles: Account Managers | Senior Account Managers | Project Managers | Producers | Operations Managers

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have recruited in marketing, production, or client services
  • Understand how agencies operate and how AM/PM roles fit within them
  • Can interpret nuanced briefs and assess process and personality fit
  • Communicate with confidence, pace, and professionalism

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for freelance and permanent creative roles
  • Interpreting client briefs quickly and delivering high-quality shortlists
  • Proactively sourcing and talent pooling across creative disciplines
  • Reviewing CVs and portfolios to assess skill, fit, and style
  • Building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Collaborating with a supportive, specialist recruitment team
