Alfa Demo Inc. is looking for a dedicated Clinical Lead, Case Management to join our team on-site in Oxford on a permanent, full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of clinical governance, provide expert supervision across caseloads, and shape high-quality, person-centred care plans for individuals with complex needs. Working directly alongside our multidisciplinary professionals, you will balance direct clinical oversight with supportive leadership to ensure our care delivery remains safe, responsive, and of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular clinical supervision, mentoring, and line leadership to case management colleagues, fostering an environment of continuous quality assurance.
- Lead comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee the design, implementation, and coordination of complex rehabilitation plans.
- Maintain rigorous clinical governance across all assigned cases, ensuring strict adherence to CQC standards, risk management protocols, and safeguarding procedures.
- Monitor caseload allocations, review service delivery, and maintain oversight to guarantee safe, equitable, and timely care.
- Act as an expert clinical advocate for clients, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all care decisions centre around individual client needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Active professional registration with the NMC or HCPC.
- Proven background in complex case management, including detailed clinical assessment, rehabilitation planning, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a healthcare or case management setting, with strong mentoring and caseload oversight skills.
- In-depth understanding of statutory compliance, safeguarding procedures, clinical risk assessment, and CQC regulations.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients and support fellow clinicians.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom, as visa sponsorship is not available for this post.
Nice-to-have
- Experience managing relationships with external partners such as solicitors, insurers, NHS clinical teams, and social care providers.
- Familiarity with clinical outcome measures, structured service audit, and formal clinical report writing.
- Experience with budget oversight and regular care plan reviews within case management.
