We are looking for a skilled Insurance Policy Processing Assistant to join a U.S.-based insurance agency. This role is crucial in managing policy documentation, endorsements, and administrative tasks to ensure that all policy information is accurate and up-to-date within the agency's management systems. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in the insurance industry, capable of handling documentation and data entry efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new policy documentation and updates
- Assist with endorsements and policy changes
- Review and organize insurance documents
- Maintain accurate client and policy records
- Update agency management systems and CRM tools
- Support internal teams with administrative policy servicing tasks
Required Skills
- Prior experience working with an insurance agency or brokerage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience handling documentation and data entry

- Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience with insurance agency systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or EZLynx
