The Opportunity

The President will set the vision, own the P&L, and lead the charge to transform Exterity into the premier managed services brand in our industry. Success will require balancing strategy and execution—expanding client relationships, building scalable systems, and ensuring that every service partner and employee feels accountable for flawless delivery.

Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Chart and execute the growth strategy, balancing disciplined operations with bold market moves.
- Architect an organizational design and process infrastructure that can scale nationally.
- Establish and enforce service partner governance to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality delivery.

- Full P&L ownership—drive revenue growth, expand margins, and optimize overhead to achieve EBITDA goals.
- Leverage business intelligence and technology platforms for real-time performance management and decision-making.
- Enforce cost discipline while enabling growth investments.

- Position Company as the preferred partner for multi-site clients nationwide.
- Drive new contract wins, renewals, and enhancement sales to deliver sustained top-line growth.

- Strong financial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Prior experience building client relationships at the national account level.
