We are seeking a driven sales professional with direct experience in container leasing/trading or a proven hunter track record in shipping and logistics. The ideal candidate thrives on developing new business, negotiating deals, and building strong customer relationships across the intermodal and container sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business with shippers, NVOCCs, forwarders, and traders.
- Negotiate and close lease agreements (short-term, one-way, and master lease).
- Manage sales pipeline, prepare client proposals, and ensure profitable margins.
- Leverage existing network of container users and shipping lines to drive growth.
- Operate with independence, delivering results with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Direct experience in container leasing/trading OR strong business development background in shipping/logistics.
- Proven ability to close, and manage high-value deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Existing industry network is an advantage.
