
Typical Day in Role:
• Lead analysis and documentation of end-to-end Futures Operations lifecycle processes, including (as applicable) onboarding/static data, trade capture & allocation, confirmations, clearing, margin & collateral, position management, settlements, fees, reconciliations/break management, exceptions, and reporting.
• Partner with front office, clients, technology, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and controlled delivery of Futures Operations capabilities.
• Manage project governance and execution for GWO, including plans, status reporting, RAID log management, dependency tracking, and escalation of risks/issues impacting critical path.
• Act as the first point of contact for Operations Teams within GWO for project-related asks; translate business needs into actionable work items and delivery plans.
• Provide senior management with concise program updates, milestones, decisions required, and readiness indicators.
• Ensure the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture are considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Ensure adherence to business controls to meet obligations related to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risks.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Architecture, and Vendors to define system integration scope: interfaces, message flows, data lineage, controls, reconciliations, and non-functional requirements (availability, resiliency, security, and auditability).
• Create detailed operational and process flows (with Technology/Architecture) to support SOPs, training guides, and operational readiness.
• Own and drive testing approach and execution: test strategy, test cases, end-to-end scenarios, test data, integration testing, and UAT coordination with BAU teams; validate outcomes and ensure defect triage/resolution is effective.
• Coordinate cutover planning and implementation readiness including operational readiness, runbooks, post-implementation support period, and change management communications.
• Maintain project artifacts (charter/scope, plans, RAID, user stories, functional specifications, workflow diagrams) using standard tools (e.g., JIRA/Confluence/MS Office/Visio).

1)Experience in Project or change delivery working for an FCM (Future Clearing Merchant) or Clearing house such as CME, ICE, LCH, OCC.
2)Experience with vendor/third-party coordination and integration testing.
