Oracle Siebel CRM Developer

Alfa Demo Inc. is expanding its technology team and looking for a skilled Oracle Siebel CRM Developer to advance our enterprise platforms. Based in Ontario, Canada, this full-time, permanent hybrid role offers the opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges, expand your integration capabilities, and grow your career while building robust CRM solutions.

As a core technical contributor, you will enhance enterprise workflows and bridge critical systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design, build, and support vital business integrations, actively expanding your technical depth across modern Siebel architectures and enterprise content platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Siebel CRM and Siebel Tools.
• Deliver modern web user experiences by leveraging Siebel IP18+ and Open UI architecture, including custom PM/PR implementations.
• Integrate Siebel CRM with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and J2EE enterprise applications to facilitate seamless data flow.
• Lead and support Oracle Siebel CRM testing efforts, covering system integration testing (SIT), UAT support, and automated test execution.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements, troubleshooting complex functional issues and ensuring continuous operational performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and enterprise integration.
• Strong technical expertise with Siebel IP18+, Siebel Tools, and Siebel Open UI customization utilizing PM/PR architecture.
• Proven integration experience connecting Siebel CRM environments with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java EE / J2EE applications.
• Solid background in Oracle Siebel CRM testing methodologies, including SIT execution and UAT support.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada (or able to commute on a hybrid basis); please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice-to-have

• Working knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools, specifically OBIEE or Power BI.
• Experience with test automation frameworks within enterprise CRM ecosystems.
