At Sustainable Infrastructure, our client's mission is to deploy cutting-edge engineering solutions that enhance modern built environments. We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in the United States, operating within a hybrid work setup. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of translating sophisticated engineering concepts and innovative vibration systems into clear, high-value outcomes for clients and strategic partners, turning technical interest into long-term commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound interest from web enquiries, direct communications, and strategic partners to hit baseline and stretch commercial targets.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key client decision-makers across your regional network using a structured contact plan.
  • Partner closely with authorized partner networks and internal commercial stakeholders to expand partner pipelines and accelerate business development.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and conduct technical qualification discussions, both remotely and on-site, showcasing vibration system capabilities alongside technical specialists.
  • Manage end-to-end pipeline health, logging contact activity and delivering routine sales reporting using HubSpot and SharePoint.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in technical sales and solution selling, with a solid grasp of complex engineering concepts and systems.
  • Demonstrated capability in inbound lead qualification, pipeline progression, and consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers, managing commercial partnerships, and building sustainable regional client networks.
  • Practical familiarity with sales operations tools, specifically HubSpot and SharePoint, for tracking activity and reporting pipeline health.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

  • Background selling vibration systems or specialized industrial equipment.
  • Experience capturing field discoveries and market feedback to help shape broader commercial strategy and solution roadmaps.
