Senior Performance Creative Strategist Up to £90,000 VC Backed Health & Wellness Brand London Office (5 Days)

The Opportunity A high-growth, venture-backed consumer health and wellness brand is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Creative Strategist to drive creative performance across paid social channels. This role sits at the intersection of data and creativity, translating complex insights into content that captures attention, builds trust, and drives measurable commercial results. The successful candidate will take ownership of the creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, identifying what makes audiences engage and convert while building scalable frameworks for continuous creative testing and optimisation.

This is a hands-on role that spans the full creative lifecycle from concept development and scripting through to performance analysis, iteration, and scaling winning campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels, with clear KPIs focused on ROAS, conversion and scalable growth.
  • Develop performance-driven creative frameworks that build consumer trust and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Analyse campaign and content performance data to identify trends, insightsand opportunities.
  • Build and manage a structured testing roadmap, validating creative hypotheses and scaling successful concepts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including hook rate, watch time, CTR, CVR, and ROAS using data to guide creative decision-making.
  • Lead end-to-end creative development including concepting, scripting, storyboarding, briefing and post-production feedback.
  • Develop high-performing short-form content with a strong focus on audience retention, engagement and conversion.
  • Identify repeatable content formats and frameworks that can be systematically tested and scaled.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand positioning while delivering against performance objectives.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have extensive experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.
  • Combine strong analytical capabilities with exceptional creative thinking.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Meta and TikTok platforms, including content trends, algorithms, and performance drivers.
  • Be capable of translating complex information into compelling, consumer-focused messaging.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, excellent organisation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Be comfortable taking ownership and accountability for creative performance.
