Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent Cybersecurity Project Coordinator to join our Cybersecurity Service Delivery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective coordination and process management of activities supporting Cybersecurity Operations (CSOps). You will ensure that established Issues Management processes are followed, provide vital support to internal team members, and develop comprehensive reporting to align stakeholders on the closure of risks and key initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Initiative Coordination: Provide end-to-end support for the execution of initiatives, risks, and issues management, ensuring all tasks remain on schedule and adhere to governance processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external teams to track and report on the status of key initiatives, work efforts, and potential blockers.
  • Documentation & Governance: Oversee documentation management, ensuring all artefacts are accurate, version-controlled, and stored in accordance with organisational standards and risk frameworks.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to leadership, highlighting progress, upcoming deadlines, and providing visibility into ongoing work efforts.
  • Process Optimisation: Support the intake and tracking of engagement requests to ensure accountability across various stakeholder organisations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, audit, compliance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, SharePoint, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Audit and Risk Management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and translate technical conversations for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CISA or Risk Management equivalents.
  • Fluency in Spanish is considered a significant asset.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and a background in technical writing.
  • Proven track record in managing audit projects and presenting to senior leadership.
