Salary: Circa. £50K

London (Hybrid or Fully Remote - UK)

CoCo Group are proud to be partnering with a brilliantly creative, fast-growing live events agency to hire a talented Content Producer.

This is an opportunity to join a business that sits at the intersection of creative agency thinking and world-class production delivery, bringing bold ideas to life through unforgettable live experiences.

If you’re passionate about video, motion, and storytelling for live environments, and want to be part of a collaborative team where your ideas genuinely matter, this could be the role for you.

The Opportunity

As Content Producer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end content delivery across live event projects, working across video, motion graphics, and presentation design.

Reporting into the Head of Content, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how content comes to life on screen, from initial brief and creative ideation through to final delivery across large-scale formats including LED walls, projections, and immersive environments.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative production environment, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to balance creative ambition with operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of content production, responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of content across multiple live event projects
  • Translating briefs into creative, tangible content solutions
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and production workflows
  • Collaborating closely with creative, client services, and production teams
  • Overseeing video editors, motion designers, animators, and presentation designers
  • Producing content for large-scale live environments (LED, projection, immersive formats)
  • Supporting new business pitches and content proposals
  • Leading or supporting video shoots and on-site production when required
  • Building strong relationships with clients, freelancers, and production partners
  • Continuously improving workflows, processes, and output quality

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident, creative, and highly organised Content Producer who brings:

  • ~5+ years’ experience producing video/content, ideally within live events or experiential
  • Strong knowledge of post-production workflows from brief to final delivery
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
  • Experience leading edit, motion, and design teams
  • A sharp eye for visual storytelling and presentation design
  • Experience producing content for corporate events and branded environments
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with calm and control
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
  • A solutions-first mindset and adaptable approach

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with PowerPoint/Keynote design for large-scale events
  • A strong freelance/production network
  • Exposure to international projects or teams

Why This Role?

This isn’t just another production role.

It’s a chance to join a team where:

  • Creativity and collaboration go hand-in-hand
  • Your ideas are heard, valued, and brought to life
  • You’ll work on high-impact, large-scale live experiences
  • There’s genuine opportunity for growth and progression
  • The culture is supportive, down-to-earth, and ambitious

You’ll be part of a business that cares deeply about its people, offering flexible working, a strong sense of belonging, and an environment where you can do your best work.

You’ll be joining a team of doers, thinkers, and true collaborators, people who care deeply about delivering exceptional work, while still making space to enjoy the process along the way.

It’s an environment where curiosity is actively encouraged, fresh ideas are genuinely welcomed, and collaboration is more than just a buzzword, it’s how things get done. People support one another, share knowledge openly, and take pride in building something together.

This is also a place where careers aren’t just jobs, they’re nurtured and developed over the long term, within a team that values both individual growth and collective success.

If you’re excited by the idea of creating bold, meaningful content for live experiences and want to be part of a team that’s pushing creative boundaries, we’d love to hear from you.
