Skilled Kitchen Fitter & Joiner

Kitchen Fitter Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Paying between £33,600 - £38,700 (Depending on experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Fitter to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous craftsman with a passion for delivering high-quality kitchen installations. You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen fitting, from initial rip-out to the final touches, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full kitchen installations, including the assembly and fitting of cabinets, worktops, appliances, and associated joinery.
• Interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate installation according to design specifications.
• Liaise with clients on-site to provide updates, answer queries, and ensure a smooth and professional installation process.
• Carry out first and second-fix joinery, basic plumbing, and tiling as required to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter or a time-served Joiner with extensive kitchen installation experience.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own set of professional tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing a high-quality finish.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• CSCS Card (Blue or Gold).
• Experience with solid surface worktop installation.
• Basic plumbing and tiling skills.
