Based in London, we are looking for an ambitious Talent Associate to join us at the forefront of HR technology, supporting our talent operations and helping drive forward our mission to modernise global recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to map out talent requirements and support end-to-end recruitment initiatives.
• Utilise and showcase our proprietary AI recruiter, Lisa, to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement across multiple international pipelines.
• Review AI-generated interview assessments and video submissions to evaluate candidate fit and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain transparent, prompt, and supportive communication with prospective candidates throughout their hiring journey.
• Analyse hiring metrics to track time-to-hire, match quality, and pipeline efficiency, identifying opportunities to refine our processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a related role.
• Strong practical understanding of full-lifecycle hiring workflows, sourcing strategies, and modern talent methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with an ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for data accuracy and process management.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for recruitment technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

Nice-to-have

• Direct experience working with advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR tech platforms.
• Professional fluency in more than one language, complementing our multilingual video interviewing technology.
• Prior exposure to a fast-moving software or technology environment.
