The Opportunity

CoCo Group are proud to be partnering with a highly creative, fast-growing production and brand experience agency to find a talented Project Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that operates at the intersection of creativity and technical delivery, producing immersive, high-impact experiences for globally recognised brands. With fully integrated in-house capabilities spanning strategy, design, and fabrication, the agency delivers complex projects from concept through to execution at an exceptional standard.

They are now looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of this process and help drive projects forward with precision, energy, and confidence.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you’ll be working across multiple workstreams, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and playing a central role in bringing ambitious ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver projects from initial brief through to completion
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
  • Oversee budgets and maintain strong commercial control
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate resources, logistics, and workflows across multiple departments
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve challenges effectively
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all parties
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and delivery excellence
  • Support with reporting, documentation, and project updates

About You

  • Proven experience managing full project lifecycles
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and timelines
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Calm, solutions-focused, and proactive under pressure
  • Experienced in coordinating logistics, teams, and operational delivery
  • Familiar with project management tools and processes
  • Background in production, fabrication, events, or similar environments is highly advantageous
  • Degree-qualified or equivalent experience preferred
