Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales best practices.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology products.
  • Formal sales training or certification.
