Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy ATS Administrator & Training Specialist to manage and optimize our Labor Edge Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert for the platform, responsible for its day-to-day administration, user support, and the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for our recruitment team and hiring managers. This role is crucial for ensuring we leverage our ATS to its fullest potential, improving recruitment efficiency, and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Labor Edge ATS, including configuration, user management, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain a robust training program for all ATS users, including new hire onboarding, best practice workshops, and updates on new features.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment leadership to analyze and improve recruitment workflows, create custom reports, and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all user inquiries and issues, providing timely support and liaising with the ATS vendor (Labor Edge) for technical escalations.
  • Manage system updates, test new functionalities, and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrator for an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Labor Edge or a similar platform.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and system integrity.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Direct, hands-on experience specifically with the Labor Edge platform.
  • Experience in a recruitment or HR operations role.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to recruitment data.
