Windows 365 Cloud PC Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cloud PC Engineer to lead the engineering, automation, and operational readiness of our Windows 365 Cloud PC environment. This role focuses on building scalable frameworks, managing image factories, and ensuring a seamless virtual workspace experience for a global enterprise. You will act as a technical lead, driving the strategy for performance tuning and compliance while mentoring cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering & Automation: Implement scalable Windows 365 solutions and build automation frameworks for provisioning and compliance using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Image Management: Lead the Cloud PC image factory process, including versioning, validation, and release workflows for a global user base.
• Technical Leadership: Troubleshooting complex root-cause issues and providing expert recommendations to influence future-state virtual workspace strategies.
• Mentorship: Conduct structured pair engineering and technical coaching sessions to upskill internal engineering teams.
• Documentation: Develop high-quality engineering standards, operational runbooks, and reusable architectural patterns.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions in large enterprise environments.
• 7+ years of deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Windows OS internals.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience supporting global environments with 100,000+ users.
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and ITIL/CMDB governance.
• Spanish language proficiency is an asset for global collaboration.
