At Profiles Creative, we are delighted to partner with the nation’s largest online gardening retailer as they embark on an ambitious digital transformation. We are seeking a commercial, data-driven Paid Social Manager to take ownership of our multi-channel social advertising. Based near Ascot, on a full-time, permanent basis, this hybrid role offers the perfect blend of collaborative in-office teamwork and remote flexibility, giving you the platform to scale our in-house paid media performance to new heights.

As our Paid Social Manager, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy. Working hand-in-hand with the Paid Media Manager, you will translate brand ambition into high-performing digital campaigns that capture attention, engage gardening enthusiasts, and drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Execute, monitor, and optimise high-impact Paid Social campaigns across both brands, with a primary, hands-on focus on Meta Ads Manager.
  • Audience & Bid Optimisation: Build, refine, and segment custom audiences while implementing sophisticated bidding strategies to maximise efficiency.
  • A/B Testing & Innovation: Run continuous, structured A/B tests across creative assets, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to boost conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilise GA4, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio to analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights that improve ROAS.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the wider marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to align paid social activity with broader brand campaigns and product launches.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Meta Ads Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience directly managing and scaling campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (critical).
  • Ecommerce Campaign Management: A proven track record in paid social campaign management, specifically driving sales and customer acquisition for D2C/ecommerce brands.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user journeys, attribute conversions, and inform data-driven budget decisions.
  • Platform Diversity: Up-to-date working knowledge of broader paid channels, including Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Collaborative & Self-Motivated: Comfortable working autonomously to tight deadlines while maintaining a highly collaborative, team-focused attitude.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with third-party attribution tools to navigate post-iOS14 tracking.
  • Familiarity with shopping product feed management tools to optimise dynamic product ads.
