Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead the human resources function for a high-growth financial services entity in Dubai. This strategic role is pivotal in shaping the organizational culture and managing the end-to-end talent lifecycle within a sophisticated investment environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in either Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or within a sophisticated Family Office structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the investment firm.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead executive search and recruitment efforts for high-caliber financial professionals and support staff.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee complex carry schemes, bonus structures, and competitive benefit packages tailored to the financial sector.
- Organizational Development: Drive performance management cycles, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and DIFC/ADGM regulations where applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years at a senior leadership level.
- Proven track record in Investment Banking, Private Equity, VC, or a Family Office.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE market and regional labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have
- CIPD or SHRM certification.
- Experience managing HR through mergers, acquisitions, or fund launches.
